Ludovic Charpentier

Ludovic has over 30 years of experience in real estate debt & equity investment. He has transacted, financed or managed more than €10 bn of real estate assets in France, UK and in various other European jurisdictions throughout his professional career. He has held several leadership positions, as the Head of real estate structured finance, within international banks including Credit Agricole CIB, as well as Managing Director and Head of fund management in investment firms including AEW in London.
Ludovic holds degrees in engineering from CentraleSupélec and economy from Paris-Dauphine University, where he currently lectures real estate finance to post graduate students.
Ludovic has written, co-written and published several reference books about real estate finance and investment in France. He is a Fellow of the RICS, and holds the AMF and FCA regulatory certifications.
Armand de la Franquerie

Armand has 10 years of experience in real estate management, non-performing loans & startup, transacting or managing more than €2 bn portfolios in France. He held several positions in asset & investment management for AEW and Allianz, prior to leading the French real estate activity of the NPL specialist Hoist Finance and of the valuation proptech Evalio.
He holds degrees in law from University of Nantes, and in real estate finance from Paris-Dauphine University.
Armand is a board member of RICS France, associate of The French Institute of Real Estate Expertise and former ambassador of The French Proptech. He also holds the AMF certification.
